Brooke Wilson

Brooke Wilson is a senior manager for RSM's state and local services group. Prior to joining RSM, Brooke worked in the Tax Research and Analysis Section of the Arizona Department of Revenue where she authored tax rulings, reviewed tax legislation, and consulted the Department on complex sales and use tax matters. Brooke consults clients on a variety of state and local tax issues, including audit defense, tax appeals, nexus determinations, and planning. Since joining RSM, Brooke has prepared state taxability matrices, written sales tax research memos and nexus studies, assisted with state tax audits and refund claims, and represented clients in informal and formal hearings for clients in the solar, construction, manufacturing, and retail industries in multiple states. She is also an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Arizona.
