Jay Frischkorn

Jay Frischkorn, President/Principal of Strategic Profitability Consultants, Inc., is a consultant, writer, facilitator and developer specializing in process improvement, strategic planning, organizational design, financial training, project management and data mining. He shares his over 25 years of successful corporate management and consulting experience across a variety of industries and companies and a range of service, manufacturing and R&D organizations to AMA’s financial and data analytics program.

Mr. Frischkorn is a consultant to CARA Corporation, providing training design, development and facilitation for enterprise clients including US Cellular®, Allstate, UNIVAR, Baxter and Roundy’s, Zebra, and ComEd; and eLearning expertise to Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia. He also received CARA’s PURE Award for Service Excellence in 2013.

An adjunct professor teaching data analytics, finance and operations management in Lake Forest Graduate School of Management’s MBA program, he also designs and presents financial, strategic planning, leadership, operations management, communication and other training programs for clients in the US and internationally. Platforms include live training, webinars and e-learning programs. He is also a corporate instructor for College of Lake County.

Prior experience includes VP, Development for Premier Assistive Technology, Inc.; President of Rylander Direct Marketing, Inc.; and Director, Pharmacy Operations for Caremark Inc. He has served as Treasurer for the Board of Directors of ASQ Chicago Section, completed the Organizational Change Facilitation program at Pacific Institute, and the Quality Management program at Deming Quality Institute. He has contributed to numerous organizational newsletters and publications, and authored “Building a More Robust eLearning Design & Development Function in Your Organization” (presented at 2016 Chicago eLearning and Technology Showcase), and “M&A in the Metal Service Center Industry (Frischkorn, Glover 2009, AGMetalMiner.com).
