Will Hendrickson has been a part of Granite’s leadership team since 2003, Granite dedicated to creating office space in which companies can flourish and establish meaningful and diverse cultures. For the last 30 years, Granite has worked closely with customers in developing, managing, leasing, and investing in commercial properties. Will was promoted in 2017 to become the Senior Managing Director in Dallas. As a market leader for Dallas, Hendrickson is responsible for growth performance, and value creation of the Dallas platform.
Hendrickson is involved in various real estate organizations including ULI, NAIOP and The Real Estate Council in Dallas. He also serves as an Advisory Council member for the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Outside of the work space, Hendrickson enjoys participating in youth sports with his family and being outdoors.
