Rae Ali

Rae Ali has a thriving HR executive career, and her experience is defined by organizations enjoying explosive growth and rapid change in several diverse industries such as Media, Hospitality, Revenue Cycle, Healthcare, Education and Entertainment/Retail.

Rae is currently the Chief People Officer at Legacy.com, one of the top 50 websites in the U.S. Prior to Legacy.com, she was the Vice President of Human Resources for Round the Table Hospitality (RTTH) which includes a family of companies such as Blue Plate Catering. In her role, Rae had the responsibility for leading all of RTTH's human resources organization including: talent management; leadership development; inclusion and diversity, employee engagement; and compensation and benefits.

Prior to joining RTTH, Rae was Vice President of Human Resources at R1 RCM Inc., formerly Accretive Health, Inc., a publicly held revenue cycle service provider for large hospitals and experienced the company’s exponential organic growth from a private start-up company with 300 employees to a public company with 3,000 employees globally at time of her departure. Prior to R1, Rae was Director of Human Resources at Learning Care Group, a pre-school education company with 13,000 employees, during its dramatic financial turn-around and subsequent acquisition by Learning Care Group.  After college graduation, Rae joined Blockbuster, Inc. during its “phenom” years.  Starting in retail operations, Rae was promoted 6 times in an 11 year career with her last role as Director of Human Resources for the Mid-West Area encompassing nine states and 20,000 employees.

Rae received a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communications from Loyola University with a minor in Spanish. Rae is a proud Chicago native and lives in River North with her amazing family.
