Espi Sanjana is a seasoned financial executive with international experience in strategic planning, M&A, IPO, project financing, SEC reporting, investor relations, financial and operational control, treasury, IT, tax, manufacturing management, HR., facilities, and administration. Mr. Sanjana is a high-growth, turnaround expert, having moved several companies from multi-million-dollar deficit to multi-million-dollar positive positions.
Currently, Mr. Sanjana is the Interim Vice President of Finance at the California Institute of Integral Studies. In mid 2017, after 9 years Mr. Sanjana retired as the Chief Operating Officer of the San Francisco Art Institute. He was Chief Financial Officer of the Ex'pression College of Digital Arts and Vice President of Finance of the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. Prior to that position, he was Vice President of finance for the Vendo Company, a manufacturing firm in Fresno. In the preceding 13 years, he held multiple senior level administrative positions with Staefa Control Systems of San Diego. He served as an independent Director of Storm Industries, Inc.
Mr. Sanjana received his Master's in business administration in international finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business after earning his Bachelor's degree in IE/OR from Columbia's School of Engineering & Applied Science.
