Jared provides financial due diligence and consultation services to a variety of private sector entities. He focuses primarily on manufacturing, construction, retail/restaurant, distribution, technology, telecom, oil & gas, energy/renewables, and other core industrial businesses. Prior to joining RSM, Jared has worked at both public accounting and private equity firms, focusing on transaction advisory, deal execution, and portfolio company management for more than 13 years. Jared has worked on over 250 transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, refinancing, restructuring and capital raises.
