Anita is the founder and Managing Partner of Allen Advisory Group, a management consulting firm guiding clients to improve business performance, solving complex business challenges to achieve breakthrough results. The Firm has specific experience with transformation of the enabling business processes for value creation and strategy realization. Her ability to connect people, business process and technology systems together is combined with a deep understanding of the linkages between strategy, operations, people and technology. Before establishing Allen Advisory Group, Anita was a top performing partner at KPMG Consulting, focused on serving top tier global clients. Anita serves on the Board of Directors of Tingley Rubber Corporation, a leader in the protective equipment industry and chairs its Nominating & Governance Committee, and on the Board of Directors of Currant, Inc., a startup company building technologies to connect people and organizations after natural disasters. She is a member of the Board of National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) New Jersey and its President and Chief Operating Officer. She is a licensed CPA in the state of New Jersey.
Recognized as a NJ Leading Woman Entrepreneur, Anita is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and the Women’s President Organization (WPO). A former trustee and Past President of the Board of the Center for Hope and Safety, she was recently recognized with their Distinguished Leadership award.
