Jonathan Nus

Jonathan Nus is an executive director in EY Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice. In this role, he advises clients on addressing the impact of accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory changes and assists them in building efficient and effective corporate reporting processes and investor communications. He co-leads EY’s Disclosure Effectiveness solution. He also co-leads FAAS’s solution related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activity. In this role, he assists clients with transaction accounting and reporting support throughout the M&A lifecycle.

 

Jonathan recently served as a member of FASB’s Investors Advisory Committee (IAC) and the Financial Reporting Executive Committee (FinREC), the senior technical committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) for financial reporting. He has also actively participated in a number of other committees with a financial reporting focus. 

 

Jonathan is a licensed CPA in New York and a member of the AICPA and the NewYork State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He received a B.S. in Accounting from Brooklyn College and an M.B.A, with a concentration in Finance, from New York University – Stern School of Business.
