Eric is a partner in EY's Professional Practice Group, where he assist other partners daily in addressing our clients' accounting, auditing, and reporting technical matters, helping to provide timely, practical resolution. Eric has over 19 years of public accounting experience and became a partner in 2013. In addition to this role, Eric continues to serve clients as a coordinating partner or engagement quality review partner.
Throughout his career, Eric has served clients in the technology sector, with a focus on semiconductors, software and SAAS, and medical device companies. Eric has extensive experience working with SEC registrants as well as private companies, working closely with them as them and taking them through the initial public offering process, debt and equity raises, and business combinations.
