Ellen Boyer is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Logic20/20 Inc., a business and technology consulting firm. Prior to joining Logic20/20, she was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Wesley Homes, a continuing care retirement community based in the Seattle area. Ms. Boyer served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for nine years at Kibble & Prentice, an insurance and financial services company. She previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for several technology companies in the Pacific Northwest. Before entering private industry, she spent 12 years with Price Waterhouse, rising to Audit Senior Manager, with a focus in the technology arena.
She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984 and received her bachelor’s degrees in Business and Spanish from Oregon State University.
