Andrew Kinworthy
Based in Dallas, Andrew Kinworthy is an attorney for Polsinelli PC since 2011. Andrew has assisted in representation of one of the largest health systems in the United States in a strategic joint venture transaction with a health care technology company involving the transfer of more than $6 billion in patient revenue to their revenue cycle management platform and a minority equity investment. At Polsinelli PC, Andrew lead associate in representation of a chain of retail pharmacy stores in the sale of its business to CVS Caremark Corporation for $51 million. Andrew received his BS in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
