Rolando Pozos is a managing director in the M&A Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Rolando is focused on middle market M&A transactions in the West Coast and is based in Portland, Oregon. He is a member of the Bank’s growing Private Sales and Divestitures efforts serving companies across all industries.
Over the course of his 20-year career, Rolando has originated and executed a large number of M&A transactions across a broad range of industries, including heavy manufacturing, technology, media & telecom, consumer & retail, healthcare and food & beverage sectors. Furthermore, Rolando’s international experience includes a number of sell and buy-side transaction in Europe and Asia.
Rolando was previously at Wells Fargo heading the Northwest and Mountain regions for their M&A Advisory Services group. Prior to his tenure at Wells Fargo, Rolando was based in Los Angeles and was a managing partner at Cappello Global after having started his investment banking career at Bear Stearns and later with JPMorgan.
Rolando holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the I.T.E.S.M. (Tec de Monterrey).
