Ana Amato is a subject matter expert in internal audit and enterprise risk management at Protiviti, a global consulting firm. In addition to her client facing responsibilities, she is passionate about leading the global Magnet for Talent strategic initiative, which focuses on recruiting diverse top talent to Protiviti. Besides her responsibilities as a managing director, Ms. Amato serves as Immediate Past President on the board of directors of the Executive Women of Goizueta (EWG), a non-profit with a mission to create a community that facilitates, promotes and inspires personal and professional leadership for women. She is graduate of the 2018 Leadership Atlanta class and was also recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2018 class of 40 Under 40 Award honorees. Born in Honduras, Ms. Amato came to the United States to attend Louisiana State University, where she attained her degree in finance. Shen then completed her MBA at the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
