Ravi Tayal is a Vice President within the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch based in the Portland, Oregon office. His efforts are focused on executing M&A advisory transactions in the middle market across the Western US.
Ravi has over 15 years of investment banking and capital markets experience in both sell-side and buy-side roles. Throughout his career, Ravi has completed strategic advisory, corporate finance, and capital raise mandates for both private and public companies across a variety of industries – particularly focusing on industrial, consumer, technology and business services. Within his current role, he is responsible for performing industry assessments, conducting diligence, financial modeling, transaction marketing and assisting with structuring possible sale or purchase agreements.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Ravi held positions with other financial institutions and management consulting firms including Wells Fargo & Company, Fisher Investments, Friedman Billings & Ramsey (FBR Capital Markets & Co), Booz Allen Hamilton and IBM Global Services.
Ravi holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
