Alma is the Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management Services for OneAZ Credit Union responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management program including Organizational Risk Assessments, Loss Prevention, Physical Security, BSA Compliance, Cyber security and Insurance program. She has been leading the implementation of ERM framework and program rollout along with the risk self-assessment processes and strategic planning integration. During the past two decades, Alma has worked in the financial services industry overseeing all facets of Information Technology, Project Management, and e-Commerce.
Alma graduated from the Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and holds an MBA in Finance from the Western International University. She also maintains Enterprise Risk Management Certified Professional (ERMCP) as well as CU Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME) designations.
