Jessica Uriegas

Jessica Uriegas has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on assisting clients with preparing for and executing on the accounting and reporting complexities associated with transactions and capital markets events. She has significant experience assisting clients with capital market transactions, including SEC filing requirements for S-1, S-3, S-4, 8-K and Form 10, and she is experienced at cross border conversion. She has worked with clients in both the technology and medical device industry.
 
Prior to her current role, Jessica spent two years in Ernst & Young’s London office, building IFRS experience and advising SEC registrants on US accounting and regulatory matters. She has assisted with spin-offs and subsequent IPOs, including creation of accounting policies and internal controls for the stand-alone entities.
 
Jessica provided a current state assessment and recommendations to optimize on a global company’s accounting policy library and policy governance process, and assisted companies in creating policy “wiki” which is an interactive library to host a company’s accounting policies.
She has assisted with new accounting implementation regarding the new revenue recognition and lease accounting standards.
 
Jessica graduated with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a licensed CPA in Texas.
