Ms. Jody Sarchett

Jody Sarchett is executive vice president of sales at Lovitt & Touché, one of the nation’s largest independent insurance brokerages. As a key member of the leadership team, Jody is charged with leading the business development effort at Lovitt & Touché, which includes overseeing the broker team, leading sales efforts, setting the direction for strategic marketing activities and lending her years of expertise to helping clients with complex and diverse insurance needs not only build highly effective programs, but also significantly reduce risk to protect their companies.

Focused on commercial insurance, Jody has been instrumental to the company’s growth since joining Lovitt & Touché in 2003. With a strong reputation for delivering long-term profitable solutions she has worked with a wide range of high-profile clients in manufacturing, the non-profit sector, and construction. During her tenure, Lovitt & Touché has nearly doubled in size. She has built a successful career with sharply honed skills in risk management, strategic planning, underwriting, workers’ compensation, financial analysis, professional liability, health insurance, D&O, mergers and more.

She has achieved the Chairman’s Club or President’s Club recognitions year after year, which are only earned by the top one or two sales executives annually. She has been named one of the 30 Outstanding Women in Business and one of the Most Admired Leaders by the Phoenix Business Journal, was recognized as a top business leader by AZ Business Magazine, and received numerous honors from top insurance trades for her industry leadership.

Personally, Jody has a steadfast commitment to supporting local nonprofits. For the past 10 years, she has served on several high-profile Boards of Directors that have included working alongside some of the most prestigious business professionals and public leaders in the state.

Jody is active in the professional community as well. As a member of the Arizona chapter of Financial Executives International, she has co-chaired the Membership Committee for the past five years (and is actually the first non-CFO to hold a chair position in the organization). A former member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, she also lends her time and talent to the Risk and Insurance Managers Association and Phoenix CFO-CEO Group. And, she is a graduate of Valley Leadership, Class 33.

Jody graduated Tarleton State University in Texas with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Finance Magna Cum Laude. Always looking to push the envelope, Jody is a lifelong rodeo roper. The youth, high school and college champion roper continues to compete to this day, earning her latest team roping title in 2013. She is a United States Team Roping Champion and Pro Rodeo Barrel Racing Circuit Champion.
