Chase Berg has more than twenty years of public accounting experience with Deloitte serving both public and private engagements including multinational companies. He currently serves as the Audit Partner-in-Charge of the Austin and San Antonio offices. Over his career, he has worked with clients during all phases of maturity, including growth, troubled, and mature companies. Chase primarily focuses on companies in the consumer, technology and industrial products industries and he helped to establish the Deloitte U.S. India Restaurant Center of Excellence.
Chase has experience assisting clients with public offerings of securities, debt and equity, acquisitions and dispositions and with Sarbanes-Oxley projects. He is technically proficient in U.S. GAAP and IFRS. He received a BBA in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the AICPA.
