Jordan Menashe

Jordan graduated from the University of Southern California where he studied Real Estate, Finance, and International Business.  Jordan began his real estate career with First Property Realty Corporation in Los Angeles and in 2011, he joined Menashe Properties in a leadership role to work alongside his father, Barry Menashe, to improve and enhance the company portfolio.  Jordan spearheaded efforts to reposition certain office assets into a creative footprint and modernized historical office holdings. In 2015 Jordan advantageously refinanced a portion of the portfolio and identified properties to drive company growth. Menashe Properties completed an acquisition of 1111 Main Place in Vancouver, WA and, in early 2016, the company acquired three office buildings known as Creeksides at Center Point in Kent, WA.  Later that year, Jordan sought opportunities in suburban Denver, CO, and in early 2017, the company acquired an eight office building complex known as Aurora Marketplace and Towers, which is comprised of large national tenants and local companies with growth plans.  Recognizing Portland’s West End opportunity, the company took a calculated risk to construct a unique, sleek six story office building on its long-held development site. Prior to completion, the 12th & Morrison building became an outstanding, award winning property and within a few months it was over 90% leased.  In 2018, Jordan assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer for Menashe Properties.  Creeksides at Centerpoint was sold for a record price in July 2019, which propelled the company into its biggest acquisition to date, the historical Medical Dental Building situated in a premier downtown Seattle, WA location.  The building provides Jordan with an ideal opportunity to utilize his personal approach to deliver exceptional service to the building’s 130+ medical and dental professionals. Jordan was recently recognized by the Portland Business Journal as one of its “40 under 40” and as one of the top 23 Oregon business individuals to watch in 2019.
