Andy is the firm’s global practice leader for Finance Transformation, Process Optimization, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
In this capacity, Andy and his team develop and deploy solutions enabling firms to lower cost, improve quality, and transform the way they work – with a particular emphasis on transforming finance and accounting processes, including but not limited to order-to-cash, record-to-report, and procure-to-pay.
A lifelong collaborator and problem solver, Andy joined RGP and its Advisory team in January 2017, working between the company’s integrated solutions and client development teams to identify, develop, and deploy and client solutions.
Prior to RGP, Andy served as Executive Vice President for a specialized global freight forwarder. In his 14 years at UPS, Andy served in a variety of roles including Vice President, Government & Defense Sector, where he built and oversaw a team responsible for $620M in annual revenue – the company’s fastest growing sector. At UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Andy and his team developed and executed the go-to-market plan for UPS’ entry into nonparcel operations. Andy played an instrumental role in the development of UPS’ strategic accounts group, and helped the company launch and develop two subsidiaries, including a consulting firm.
