Frank Santini

OVERVIEW

Frank Santini concentrates his practice in the areas of cybersecurity, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Frank’s cybersecurity practice focuses on working with small and medium-sized businesses in cybersecurity compliance and litigation avoidance. Frank approaches his cybersecurity practice holistically, endeavoring to work in tandem with cybersecurity forensic experts, insurers, public relations and c-level executives to minimize any damage that may be caused by a data breach. Frank also assists businesses seeking a proactive approach to cybersecurity and interpreting the ever-changing cybersecurity laws, regulations, and business-sector-based standards, including drafting policies and procedures.
 

Frank has represented business in varied industries in commercial litigation, with a special emphasis on banking and financial services. Frank has also represented clients in both prosecuting and defending personal injury lawsuits.
 

Prior to becoming an attorney, Frank was a professional wrestler, having competed for the National Wrestling Alliance and TNA Impact Wrestling. Frank is a former NWA Florida Heavyweight Champion.
 

Additionally, Frank was a standout offensive lineman for the Muhlenberg College (Pennsylvania) football team, earning Academic All-American honors and serving as team captain.

EXPERIENCE

  • Represented minor in obtaining six-figure settlement against after-school program following playground fall
  • Represented lender in obtaining deficiency judgment in excess of $1M against guarantor.
  • Represented lender in foreclosure of real property with environmental issues and successfully obtained authority to enlist a Special Master to handle sale of real property, ultimately resulting in a successful sale to purchaser with expertise in remediating contaminated properties.
  • Successfully defended lender at Arbitration and obtained award for costs in $2.5M action by account holder regarding purported unauthorized instruments.
  • Successfully defended financial services company at trial against claim for unauthorized distribution of funds.
  • Successfully obtained judgment of eviction for landlord at trial on a non-monetary default of tenant.
  • Represented chain of fitness centers in obtaining favorable settlement against personal training company.
