Chris Galla is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Genuine Parts Company, a Fortune 250 retail and distribution company and the largest member of the National Automotive Parts Association (“NAPA”). Mr. Galla graduated with a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and obtained his J.D. at Wake Forest University. At Genuine Parts Company, Mr. Galla manages and supervises a diverse portfolio of claims and lawsuits related to motor vehicle accidents, products liability, premises liability, intellectual property, toxic torts, and business disputes. His additional responsibilities include handling mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and general legal consulting with Genuine Parts Company’s management and employees. Prior to his employment at Genuine Parts Company, Mr. Galla practiced law at Hawkins, Parnell, Thackston & Young in Atlanta, GA.
Mr. Galla resides in East Cobb with his wife, Holly, and two children, Elizabeth and Thomas. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and North Carolina.
