Teri Reinseth

Teri Reinseth serves as 3M’s Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. In this role she has overall responsibility for the financial accounting and external reporting activities. Additionally, she has oversight of technical accounting matters, including M&A transactions and other various accounting functions, such as compensation, benefits and record-to-reporting efforts in 3M’s three global service centers.

Ms. Reinseth has an extensive financial background that spans 25 years. Since joining 3M in 2005, she has served as the finance director for the Safety & Graphics business group, the finance manager for several healthcare businesses and held a specialized role in corporate finance, focused largely on M&A transactions. Prior to joining 3M, she was the Corporate Controller at Schwan’s Consumer Brands North America, a premier global consumer packaged frozen food company and an auditor with the global public accounting firm of Andersen LLP.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and she is a certified public accountant. She is also a director of 3M Investment Management Corporation. Additionally, she is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI), sitting on its Committee for Corporate Reporting (CCR) and EY Fortune 100 Corporate Leadership Network.
