Byron has overall responsibility for growth and client solutions for Aon’s North American Retirement Solutions business with specific focus on integration of actuarial, pension administration, and investment services. Byron has been instrumental in developing Aon’s Delegated Pension Manager and Pooled Employer Plan products.
Byron works with many of Aon’s largest clients in the retirement business, specializing in helping clients design total reward programs and pension risk management strategies.
Byron is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary and has a B.A. in Mathematics from Wabash College.
Byron is in his 30th year with the firm.
