Sharon Aldenton is a Senior Human Resources Professional with 20+ years general HR experience, including 10 years in HR Leadership positions. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Business from Queensland University of Technology.
Ms. Aldenton has spent the majority of her career in the Engineering and Construction industry, working predominately for the Bechtel Corporation in their Mining & Metals Global Headquarters in Australia. Her experience spans Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Restructuring and Change Management.
She is currently located in Brisbane, Australia working as Bechtel’s Global Head of Talent Management responsible for all facets of Talent Management including: Talent Acquisition; Succession Management; Learning and Development; Change Management and Organisation Development.
