Tim Sandel is the Managing Director for Middle Market Technology Banking. His group focuses on companies ranging in revenue from 20 million to 500 million in sales or valuations under 750 million. Tim joined J.P. Morgan in January of 2014 to build out the Middle Market Technology business in Commercial Banking. His team is spread across the country in 14 markets partnering with innovative and fast-growing technology companies in the software, hardware, semiconductors, and internet sectors. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Tim spent 24 years at Wells Fargo Bank in a variety of roles, including the last 7 years managing the Technology Group in Southern California and the mountain states. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1988 and continued his education at California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated with an M.B.A. concentrating in Finance. He holds Series 24, Series 79 and Series 63 securities licenses.
