Specializing in tenant representation, Mr. Lee is known for providing creative real estate services and solutions that are tailored to the needs of his clients. His scope of expertise is drawn in large part from his education and experience: He is Long Island’s only real estate advisor to hold both an SCRL (Senior Leader in Corporate Real Estate) designation and a BCCR (Board Certified in Corporate Real Estate) certification from CoreNet Global, in addition to a master’s degree in real estate from New York University.
