Marci Althoff has held a number of roles in finance and accounting over the last 15 years focused on business controls and audit, regulatory reporting, and driving continuous improvement. Marci leads the Organizational Change Management efforts for Ameren's finance transformation to engage and inspire key stakeholders and increase the likelihood of achieving and sustaining full project benefits.
