John Henricksen is currently the CFO of Zivelo, a leading public computing company offering hardware and software solutions to large QSR, retail, and other companies including Square, McDonald’s, Home Depot, and Mastercard. John has over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, restructuring consulting, and banking. Prior to Zivelo, he served as CFO of Pegasus Solutions, a travel SaaS business owned by Regent Equity Partners which was sold to Accel-KKR. Earlier in his career he served as CFO for a $120m private ambulance service based in Chicago, established a fund-less sponsor private equity vehicle to purchase three companies, and worked in restructuring consulting. While in consulting he worked in London and Chicago with Alvarez & Marsal. There he advised large companies through complex and challenging financial negotiations with shareholders and lenders. John serves on the board and is audit chairman of Gearbox Group, a large tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer owned by Monomoy Capital Partners and is on the board of American EMS, a private ambulance service based in Ohio. He has a BBA from the University of Iowa, an MBA from the University of Chicago and has held the CPA and CTP designations.
