Wendy Diamond

Wendy has more than 20 years of public accounting experience and has spent the majority of her career serving ultra-high net worth families, family offices, family enterprises, private trust companies, and family investment vehicles. She has worked closely with family office and private trust company executives and family members to implement individual, trust, and entity tax planning alternatives to maximize the transfer of wealth to future generations.

Wendy has significant experience working with operating companies, private equity, hedge fund and mezzanine fund investment structures. She has worked closely with portfolio companies to provide advisory services throughout the lifecycle of the investment, including assisting funds during due diligence, advising clients on advantageous structures, analyzing the tax treatment of acquisition costs, consulting on the most appropriate accounting methods, and evaluating the tax cost and after tax cash flow of various exit strategies. In addition, Wendy has significant experience advising closely held businesses and individuals to resolve federal and state audits.
Wendy holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a certified public accountant holding memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois Certified Public Accountant Society.
