Gary Ennis is a Senior Finance Director in Microsoft and leads the Revenue and Gross Margin Team. They work on analysis of the company financial results, P&L review, business insight, strategic planning, Bookings & RPO, forecasting, external guidance to Wall Street, gross margin trends, resource allocation, board of directors materials, partnership with Investor relations, quarterly earnings and external KPI's. He previously held roles leading the Enterprise sales & marketing finance team, driving financial strategy for sales & marketing and controller of the Ireland sales subsidiary. Prior to Microsoft he was the CFO of a Dublin based tech start up called Buytel, and qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.
