Arthur Taylor

Mr. Arthur Taylor is the Director of the Contract Disputes Resolution Center (CDRC) with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). The CDRC litigates DCMA’s contract disputes before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals and supports the Department of Justice on the agency’s litigation before the Federal Courts. Mr. Taylor has been with the CDRC since its inception in 2000 and has litigated cases before the ASBCA for over 25 years. Mr. Taylor earned his Masters of Law in Government Procurement from George Washington University, his J.D. from the University of Washington and his B.A. from the University of Texas.
