Lawrence is an adaptive leader with nearly 20 years’ experience in the Business intelligence space – providing organizational senior leadership with the historical, current and predictive views into their business operations to enable organizations to clearly identify the obstacles facing the business and to drive the organizational changes required to achieve both operational and strategic objectives.
Lawrence has worked with organizations throughout the business life cycle to develop key performance objectives, establish key performance indicators (KPI), and develop appropriate dashboards and reports with rich exploratory (explain what is going on) and explanatory visualizations (enable exploration of what is going on).
He has worked with diverse organization size across myriad industries. From Angel Investor backed start-ups, private equity owned companies, Fortune 100 organizations and middle market high-growth companies. His industry experience includes: Aerospace/ Angel Investing, Banking and Insurance, Construction, Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Government, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas (Up-stream, Mid-Stream and Down-Stream), Property/ Legal services, Public Health, Restaurant, Retail, Security, Technology and Utilities (Energy).
Prior to joining Aventine Hill Partners, Lawrence ran private consulting practices in San Antonio (Lawrence Coffee Consultancy) and Houston (Pen To Pad Co.), specializing in Management, Business and Technology.
As part of the Aventine Hill Partners Business and Technology practice, Lawrence blends his Technology and business acumen as he leads the Business Intelligence team in enabling our clients to make well informed decisions by designing and implementing next generation data visualization solutions.
