Grace Lanni


Inspiring clients to discover their personal brand for business success is Grace Lanni’s passion. She is equally likely to be seen in the board room or a coffee shop listening deeply to a person’s goals while connecting to what makes them tick.  Designing personal branding programs for executives in career transition during the 2010 job market, Grace developed a unique understanding of the issues that leaders face in tough economic times. Grace released All About That Brand ©, a personal branding platform, including workbooks, online courses, VIP programs, a YouTube Channel, and an award-winning podcast (now appearing on the eZine ‘SheSpark’).

Ever the entrepreneur, Grace is continually engaging the cutting edge of personal branding securing a certification with the #1 Personal Branding Aficionado, William Arruda. Originally trained as a Bio/Electrical engineer, her first CEO venture was an online software solution. One of only two women to be venture funded at the multi-million dollar level in Austin in 2000, Grace was featured in the Austin Business Journal, on KEYE, and won the KPMG Stand-Out Startup Award.  

Grace continued to expand her consulting practice to leverage her skills securing a patent (a scanning tabletPC pen for nurses to identify patients), launching channel partner programs, as well as being awarded the CRN Channel Champion designation in 2001 for Motion Computing Tablet PC company.  Her most recent book, The No B.S. Truth: What it Really Takes to Build a Successful Business is an International Best Seller.

In addition to her work with personal branding, Grace is also a wife, mother, a performing R&B musician, startup accelerator mentor and fierce advocate for women’s leadership.  In 2016, Grace was recruited to lead eWomenNetwork – Austin winning the Leverage Leader, Social Media Community Creator, & Turnaround Champion awards.
