Blake Pilgrim is a partner with EY’s Transaction Advisory Service (TAS) practice and leads EY’s Central Region Divestiture Advisory Services practice.
Bringing more than nineteen years of experience serving both private equity and corporate clients on the buy and sell sides on over 250 transactions, Mr. Pilgrim and has extensive experience with full-enterprise sales, complex global carve out transactions and tax-free spins. He has diverse industry experience including diversified industrials, consumer products, and life sciences. Prior to joining EY’s TAS practice, Mr. Pilgrim gained 6 years of audit experience with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP.
Mr. Pilgrim is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from Drake University and an MBA from DePaul University.
