Mr. Robert V Grecco, CPA

Rob Grecco is Senior Vice President and Controller of Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE: RL) an approximate $7.5 billion in revenue global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products in four categories: apparel, home, accessories and fragrances. The Company's brand names, which include Polo, Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Ralph Lauren Collection, Lauren by Ralph Lauren, RRL, Ralph Lauren Childrenswear, Chaps and Club Monaco, constitute one of the world's most widely recognized families of consumer brands.

In this role, Grecco is directly responsible for the Company's SEC reporting and consolidation functions; accounting policy; and the U.S. and international controller "record to report" organizations.

Recently Grecco has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care (in partnership with Memorial Sloan Kettering) serving as the Chair of the Finance Committee. He is also a member of the Financial Executive International (FEI) prestigious Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR) as well as the Financial Executives Council of the National Retail Federation (NRF). Accomplishments as corporate controller include the successful implementation of the SAP general ledger and inventory modules in the U.S. as well as the shortening of the close/consolidation cycle to a ‘best in class’ 5 business days.

Previously, Grecco has been controller of the US retail division of the company and the assistant controller of external reporting and accounting policy. Earlier in his career, he worked in a number of technical accounting and reporting roles at the Interpublic Group of Companies Inc and AT&T Corporation. Grecco began his career as a staff auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick in New York. He holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Rutgers University. Grecco is a CPA and is currently a member of the AICPA and FEI.
