Mr. Howarth has more than 29 years of progressively responsible experience in financial leadership roles in a diverse portfolio of business models including Domestic Trailer Leasing, International Cargo Container Leasing, Pharmaceuticals, Vacation Exchange, IT Consulting, Health Care Diagnostics and Physical Security. He has extensive experience in private equity owned organizations, partnering with the management teams and private equity sponsors fostering rapid growth both organically and through acquisition. Mr. Howarth is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Premier Trailer Leasing. During his tenure Premier’s EBITDA increased over 100% and he led the successful sale of the company form one private equity sponsor to another. Among his significant previous positions as Vice President Controller at SeaCube Containers, one of the largest cargo container leasing companies in the world. There he led the successful IPO efforts as well as the eventual sale to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. While at Wyndham World Wide (RCI) he spent 2 years living in Singapore serving as the CFO of the Asia Pacific Region spanning from South Africa to New Zealand. Mr. Howarth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from St. Leo University and a CPA in the State of New Jersey. He served in Marine Corp Reserve for eight years.
