Christopher Dunnaville

About
Prior to joining the University of Portland, Chris Dunnaville was a Senior Executive and thirty-year Wall Street veteran and entrepreneur. He held numerous positions while working on Wall Street, including time spent as a National Training Officer with Smith Barney, where he trained over two thousand new financial advisors in an eighteen month time period.

In 2011, Chris retired from Wall Street to devote his time to teaching part-time, charitable interests, writing a book and spending more time with his daughter. While in retirement, he discovered his passion for teaching and mentoring students, especially on the topic of Financial Literacy. He completed his undergraduate degrees in both finance and marketing at Georgetown University and achieved a Masters in Real Estate Finance and Development from New York University. Chris currently sits on the Board of Directors at Concordia University (Portland) and Self Enhancement Inc. and serves as the Director of Financial Education at University of Portland.
