Bert is part of Bank of America’s Emerging Growth and Regional Investment Banking group. He is based out of Seattle and covers the Pacific Northwest
and Canada, serving clients across multiple industries.
Prior to his current role, Bert spent 4 years in the Industrials Investment Banking group in New York, where he worked on a variety of M&A and Capital Markets transactions across Industrial sectors.
Bert’s experience includes leading execution for the firm’s Engineering & Construction coverage effort, with recent transactions including the Initial
Public Offerings of Parsons Corporation and Boxwood Merger Corporation. Bert has also worked on transactions in sectors ranging from Automotive to
Aerospace & Defense, including Polaris Industries’ acquisition of Transamerican Auto Parts, and Mercury Systems’ acquisition financing for their purchase of carve out assets from MicroSemi Corporation.
Bert holds an MBA from UCLA and a BA from the University of Miami. Prior to graduate school, Bert was an emerging markets bond trader for Macquarie
Capital, where he focused on Latin American sovereign and corporate debt.
