Ms. Kelly Landreth

Kelly Landreth is a Managing Director in the Regional Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo Securities, where she provides strategic advisory and capital raising services to middle market companies throughout the Southern region of the United States. She is based in Dallas.
 
Kelly joined Wells Fargo through a predecessor firm and has nearly 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. Kelly opened the New York office of the Regional Investment Banking group in 2010 and assumed the role as head of the Southern region in 2016.
 
She has broad experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and she has worked on a range of capital raising transactions involving public equity, private equity, syndicated bank debt, convertible offerings, debt private placements, and high yield offerings. Her recent transactions of note include advising and structuring the associated debt financing for 1-800-Flowers.com (NASDAQ:FLWS) on its acquisition of Harry & David; Bonney Forge on its acquisition of BFE S.p.A.; Corporation Services Company on its acquisition of MLM Information Services LLC; VOXX International Corporation (NASDAQ:VOXX) on its acquisitions of Klipsch, Inc., Hirschmann Car Communication GmbH and EyeLock LLC; Alvarez & Marsal LLC on its equity recapitalization; and Aceto Corporation (NASDAQ:ACET) on its acquisition of certain assets of Citron Pharma LLC and Lucid Pharma LLC.
 
Prior to joining the Regional Investment Banking group, Kelly was part of the Industrials Investment Banking group, where she focused on companies in the specialty chemicals and electronics sectors.
 
Kelly graduated with highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead scholar.
