With deep experience in the professional services industry Mary is the Director of Talent Management at Baker Tilly for the East Region, located in New York City. Mary’s responsibilities vary but include being a valued Business Advisor to the region’s executive leadership team to enhance talent management, acquisition strategies, and the processes needed to support organizational talent objectives.
