Katie Kyle

Katie Kyle is a partner with Ernst & Young in the Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) practice in New Jersey. She has over 15 years of experience supporting businesses with corporate investigations, forensic accounting matters and remediating regulatory violations.

 

She works closely with companies and their legal advisors on the subject of regulatory compliance, particularly surrounding global fraud and corruption issues and exposure to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Kyle advises clients on anti-corruption and anti-bribery compliance measures and monitoring activities. She has led forensic engagements across a wide variety of industries and has experience in emerging markets around the world. She has extensive experience in assisting clients with reviews, audits, and investigations of at- risk activities and compliance violations, with a focus on remediating and improving underlying financial processes and records.

 

Prior to joining EY FIDS, Kyle performed financial statement audits and developed internal control processes for both public and private clients in EY’s assurance practice.

 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s in accounting from the University of Virginia.Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and New Jersey, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and is certified by the AICPA in Financial Forensics.
