Chris Paris is a Senior Customer Success Manager with Microsoft, focused on Modern Work principles in Financial Services. Mr. Paris is closing his third year with Microsoft, where he landed after 20+ years in the insurance industry supporting and managing collaboration systems and people teams. He has experienced first-hand the challenges of managing on premise systems, juggling technical debt, and the journey to the cloud with Microsoft 365. He is based in the greater Minneapolis area and drives Customer Success as the heart in all of his engagements.
