Gary Callaghan is a Managing Director in Protiviti’s Metro DC office. He helps clients make process, technology, and organizational improvements. With 25 years of management consulting experience, including eight years at Arthur Andersen, he leads engagements in such areas as financial process improvement, financial close optimization, due diligence, merger integration, system selection and implementation, internal controls, and SOX regulatory compliance. Mr. Callaghan works with both Fortune 500 and smaller public and private firms across diverse industries. He regularly serves as a subject matter specialist for improvements within Finance and also leads large Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives ranging from M&A integrations, systems implementations and large regulatory compliance initiatives. Mr. Callaghan received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and BSBA in Finance from Villanova University.
