David Perlmutter is a managing director at Deloitte & Touche LLP and has spent his career helping companies build resilient and efficient reporting functions. He has advised multiple global financial services firms, developing Regulatory and Finance IT strategies and roadmaps, regulatory and financial systems implementation, developing and implementing control frameworks as well as providing data and reporting strategy services.
His experience includes creating solutions that manage and control operational transactions flow through to regulatory, financial, management, and risk reporting. Mr. Perlmutter has also developed frameworks in these areas to accelerate project results and create repeatable processes for solving complex client challenges.
