Jim is a Managing Director at Protiviti in the Cleveland office responsible for leading services in Ohio and western Pennsylvania. In this role Jim leads the delivery of Protiviti solutions focused within the internal audit, technology risk and business consulting services to publicly owned and private clients across multiple industries including manufacturing, distribution, mining, energy, retail and health care.
A founding Managing Director when Protiviti was established in 2002, Jim was formerly an audit partner with Arthur Andersen and has over thirty years of experience in providing audit and business advisory services. He has extensive experience assisting SEC registrants and their audit committees in addressing internal audit, enterprise risk management, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, financial process efficiency and business process controls/ improvement issues. He has recently also advised several clients in their preparation to go public with an IPO.
Jim is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with an undergrad degree in accounting and an MBA, a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s.
