Michael is member of RSM’s technical accounting consulting practice. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in providing audit, tax, and other advisory services, as well as, working for global SEC registrants in technical accounting oversight roles. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of accounting and financial reporting matters. He works closely with the management to assess internal controls and assist with financial reporting and technical accounting assistance needs. Michael supports both public and private companies providing assistance to their finance organizations to help solve technical challenges as well as identifying process improvements throughout the organization to help improve efficiencies and manage risks.
