Marilynn Graves, the Principal for MJGInsights, has over 15 years of experience in organizational, leadership and sales team development. She has led organizational development programs, built young professional rotational programs, led sales leadership sessions and coached varying levels of employees in leadership, emotional intelligence and other important professional skills. In total, she has over 35 years of experience in business, with specific experiences in learning & development, commercial lending, product management, strategic planning and finance. Marilynn has been a community leader on non-profit, university and faith-based boards; she has been chairperson for a $5.5MM faith-based expansion and is about to begin a two year term as President of Illinois Wesleyan’s Council for Women.
