These services include engagements to improve or establish critical business functions while filling operational responsibilities. Mr. Thompson has over 30 years consulting and industry experience in the energy, manufacturing, consumer products, financial services and retail industries. He has lead large business transformation projects, focusing on process improvement, business reporting and accounting operations. He established Protiviti’s Innovation Program and was the former global solution leader for Corporate Performance Management services.
