Andy Decker is a Regional Vice President for Robert Half, the world's first and largest specialized staffing firm. Andy has been recognized with the company's President's Club Award for Leadership in 2012 and 2014.
As a company national spokesperson, he is frequently asked to comment for publications such as the USA Today, CNBC, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and the Atlanta Journal Constitution and he has been featured on local FOX, NBC and CBS morning shows as well as many local and national radio shows.
Andy regularly presents at professional conferences and chapter meetings for organizations such as FEI, the GA Society of CPAs, the Society of Human Resource Managers, Beta Alpha Psi and others.
Prior to joining RHI, Andy was the EVP of a training and development company located in San Francisco, Calif. He trained thousands of business professionals each year on leadership and team development and has been a part time lecturer at Indiana University and an instructor with San Jose State University
